Woodfield Outdoors is seeking a Project Manager to lead onsite coordination between the project management team and job crews, ensuring clear communication and impeccable quality on each project.

You will create schedules, monitor budgets, issue POs, and run weekly foreman hand-off meetings to keep projects on track and aligned with client expectations. This role offers growth in a collaborative, values-driven environment with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in field supervision or project management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with clients.
• Familiarity with project management software (Buildertrend experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding schedules and updates.
• Create and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain project budget by tracking expenses and identifying cost savings.
• Create timely purchase orders to secure materials and subcontractors.
• Conduct weekly foreman hand-off meetings for clear transitions.
• Review site layout with Superintendent to ensure alignment with goals.
• Foster teamwork and accountability on the job site.
• Aim for near-zero punch lists by addressing issues proactively.
