Job summary

bolttech ищет менеджера проектов/PMO для работы над стратегическими инициативами в Европе и международной среде. Ваша роль включает управление многофункциональными проектами от инициации до поставки, взаимодействие с клиентами, партнерами и руководством, координацию распределенных команд и обеспечение эффективности реализации.

Qualifications

• Высшее образование в соответствующей области.
• 4–5 лет опыта в управлении проектами/PMO/ Scrum Master.
• Опыт ведения проектов как для клиентов, так и внутри компании.
• Навыки взаимодействия со стейкхолдерами на уровне руководства.
• Умение совмещать техническое и бизнес-запросы, планирование и риск-менеджмент.
• Свободное владение английским языком (письменно и устно).
• Способность работать в международной среде, гибкость и ориентация на результат.

Responsibilities

• Управление и реализация клиентских и внутренних проектов в рамках объема, сроков, бюджета и качества.
• Определение целей проекта, объема, управления, Deliverables, критериев успеха.
• Разработка и поддержка документации: устав проекта, RACI, планы, реестр рисков, отчеты статуса.
• Проведение запусков проектов, воркшопов и встреч со стейкхолдерами.
• Координация межфункциональных команд в разных странах и бизнес-областьях.
• Обеспечение управления, контроля и соответствия стандартам bolttech PMO.
• Идентификация и устранение рисков, зависимостей и проблем.
• Управление изменениями объема проекта и участие в общении со стейкхолдерами.
• Поддержка портфельной отчетности, аудитов и governance.
• Анализ ретроспектив и внедрение улучшений. Управление несколькими проектами одновременно.

As a Project Manager & PM Officer (Operations), you will manage complex cross-functional projects from initiation to delivery, working closely with clients, partners, senior stakeholders, and international teams. This is an opportunity for a project professional who enjoys operating at the intersection of business and technology, navigating ambiguity, coordinating diverse stakeholders, and driving successful outcomes in a fast-paced international environment.

Managing and delivering client-facing and internal projects within agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards. Defining project objectives, scope, governance, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business goals. Creating and maintaining project documentation, including Project Charters, RACI matrices, project plans, risk registers, status reports, and steering materials. Leading project kick-offs, workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings. Supporting business requirements gathering, validation, and solution design activities. Coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple countries and business areas. Ensuring effective governance, controls, and adherence to bolttech project management standards and frameworks. Identifying, managing, and mitigating project risks, dependencies, and issues. Managing project scope changes and ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitating communication between clients, business stakeholders, technical teams, external partners, and vendors. Monitoring project progress, performance metrics, and critical paths, taking corrective actions where necessary. Supporting portfolio reporting, project audits, and governance activities. Driving retrospective reviews, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives. Managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic international environment.

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field. 4-5 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Project Delivery, or Scrum Master roles. Proven experience delivering client-focused projects with regular exposure to customers and senior business stakeholders. Experience managing both business and technology workstreams within the same project environment. Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadership. Ability to balance hands-on problem solving with effective team coordination. Excellent project planning, prioritization, risk management, and organizational skills. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences. Fluent English, both written and spoken. Comfortable managing multiple priorities, changing requirements, and evolving business needs. Able to adjust your leadership style depending on the situation and stakeholder group. Focused on delivering measurable business outcomes and driving projects forward. Takes ownership, solves problems proactively, and removes obstacles to delivery. Understands customer and partner needs and incorporates them into project planning and decision-making. Balances commercial objectives with customer value. Builds trust quickly and works effectively across cultures, functions, and geographies. Creates strong partnerships with business and technical stakeholders. Communicates clearly, concisely, and confidently. Provides timely updates and ensures stakeholders remain informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
