Public Cloud Group GmbH ищет ведущего специалиста по координации проектов в PMO. Вы будете служить связующим звеном между командами и внешними партнёрами, обеспечивая своевременную доставку проектов и прозрачные отчеты о прогрессе.

Ваша роль требует опыта работы в IT/облаке, сильных знаний в области финансов и умения работать с Jira/Confluence. Гибкий формат работы с удалённой или гибридной формой и акцентом на развитие в expanding EPM-организации.

Qualifications

• Опыт управления несколькими проектами и PMO-опыт в IT/облачном/консалтинговом секторах.
• Сильные навыки финансового анализа: бюджетирование, маржа и прогнозирование.
• Умение держать обзор параллельных проектов и устанавливать приоритеты.
• Свободное владение современными PM и ERP-инструментами (Jira, Confluence, облачные ERP).
• Деловая коммуникация на немецком или английском языке.

Responsibilities

• Вы являетесь мостом между внутренними командами и внешними партнёрами, обеспечивая прозрачное выполнение мероприятий.
• Налаживаете операционную и коммерческую составляющие портфеля проектов, от планирования до завершения.
• Контролируете бюджеты, маржу и показатели, создавая надёжные прогнозы.
• Устраняете организационные препятствия для команд доставки, сохраняя рамки scope и бюджета.
• Предоставляете управленческую отчётность и контекст для корректирующих действий.

• In this key role, you serve as the central bridge between internal teams and external partners. You ensure seamless operations, transparent communication, and the reliable delivery of project milestones—backed by the autonomy to bring your own ideas, flexible working arrangements, and a collaborative team culture. Portfolio Steering: Take commercial and operational ownership of a dynamic IT and cloud project portfolio—from initial scoping through to project completion.
• Financials & Forecasting: Maintain a clear view of budgets, margins, and variance analyses at all times. Spot deviations early and turn complex figures into dependable forecasts.
• Standards & Quality: Leverage lean workflows and proven quality gates to establish and embed best practices across all projects.
• Empowering Tech Teams: Clear organizational hurdles for cloud engineers, developers, and consultants so they can focus on delivery, while keeping scope and budget firmly on track.
• Commercial Hygiene: Monitor project hours, protect billability, and supply our finance team with clean data for frictionless invoicing.
• Insights & Reporting: Utilize modern tools to deliver actionable executive reporting. When a project goes off track, you provide clear context alongside pragmatic, solution-oriented answers.

• Background: Proven experience in project controlling, multi-project management, or a PMO environment—ideally within the IT, cloud, or consulting sectors.
• Financial Acumen: Strong track record in budgeting, cost analysis, margin management, and forecasting. You don’t just manage numbers; you interpret them strategically.
• Focus & Perspective: Ability to maintain a clear overview across multiple parallel projects, set decisive priorities, and know exactly when deep-dive detail is required.
