Job summary

VASS is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive IT transformation programmes across AI, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Service Transformation domains. You will work with international stakeholders, manage governance and orchestration across multiple teams, and contribute to future programmes while enabling growth.

The role combines project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and solution development in a dynamic, multinational setting with clear career progression toward Programme Manager

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project Management experience in IT or digital transformation.
• Enterprise IT transformation, Cloud, Infrastructure, or Service Management programmes.
• Experience leading customer-facing engagements with international teams.
• Strong governance, reporting, planning and risk management skills.
• Experience with service transition, operating models, or service integration.
• Fluent English written and spoken; NATO nationality is preferred.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team and support the delivery of high-impact transformation programmes across Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Service Transformation domains. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with international stakeholders while building a clear path towards a future Programme Manager position as the account continues to expand.

• Lead complex IT Transformation and Service Integration projects from initiation to delivery.
• Act as the primary interface between customer stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Manage project governance, planning, reporting, risks, dependencies, RAID logs, and executive communications.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Cloud, Security, Service Management, Architecture, Operations, and Business workstreams.
• Facilitate steering committees, customer workshops, governance boards, and executive reviews.
• Drive service transition, operational readiness, governance, and operating model initiatives.
• Support account growth by identifying new opportunities and helping shape future solutions.
• Build trusted customer relationships within an international and multicultural environment.
• Contribute to future programmes involving AI, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Digital Transformation.
• The role combines project delivery, stakeholder engagement, solution development, and business growth activities.

Требования

8+ years of Project Management experience within IT, Digital Transformation, Consulting, PMO, or Technology environments.

Strong experience delivering enterprise IT Transformation, Cloud, Infrastructure, Service Management, or Organizational Change programmes.

Experience leading customer-facing engagements involving multiple stakeholders and international teams.

Strong governance, reporting, planning, risk management, and stakeholder alignment skills.

Experience managing service transition, operating models, service integration, or transformation initiatives.

Fluent English (written and spoken).

NATO member-country nationality.

Будет плюсом: Knowledge or experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) projects; Knowledge or experience in Cybersecurity projects; PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM and/or ITIL certifications; Experience working with Defence, Government, Security, or International Organizations; Business development and account growth experience; Additional European languages such as Spanish or French; AI and Cybersecurity expertise are considered key differentiators for future account growth opportunities
