Job summary

The Project Manager (PMO) at MaineHealth Accountable Care Organization is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing complex, high-priority system-level projects that align with organizational goals. This full-time, day-shift role in Portland, ME requires a Bachelor’s degree and several years of PM experience in healthcare, with PMP or Six Sigma

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, IT, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum three years of project management experience in healthcare.
  • PMP certification in progress or achieved; Six Sigma Greenbelt preferred.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking; ability to write and present.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent level of experience required.
  • Experience: Minimum three years’ project management experience in healthcare setting preferred. Experience working with executive leadership in a structured project management environment preferred.
  • Licenses & Certifications: Working towards or has achieved Project Management Professional Certification; Six Sigma Greenbelt preferred.
  • Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Excellent communication and public speaking kills and ability to write and present for a variety of audiences.

The pay range for this position is $77,147.20to $104,353.60per year.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).

In addition to base pay, MaineHealth offerscomprehensivebenefits, recognition programs, career growth opportunities, and,where applicable,shiftdifferentials or other incentives.
