Job summary

VDA seeks a results-oriented Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of client-facing projects within budget and schedule. You will collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to meet objectives, manage risks, and ensure high-quality documentation and reporting.

The role requires 3+ years in project management, a Bachelor's in a related field, and strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants to ensure deliverables are met.
• Manage project scope and document/approve changes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to clients.
• Manage client expectations and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Draft and format project documents, including proposals, reports, specifications, and presentations.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage tasks, deadlines, and resources within project management systems (Salesforce, M-Files, Sierra Live, and other internal tools).
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, consultants, inspectors, marketing) to ensure deliverables.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members.
• Overflow Support: Project Coordinators may assist with overflow work during periods of high demand.
• Provide support to Project Coordinators with administrative tasks as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
