Htprof, a Southern California infrastructure contractor, is hiring for an estimating and bid management role based in San Diego. You will price work, estimate pipelines and gas distribution projects, and manage awarded jobs from award to closeout in field operations with potential for broader responsibility.

The position requires a 4-year degree with relevant experience or 8 years in a comparable role, plus strong communication and construction accounting exposure.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 4-year degree plus 4 years of relevant experience, or 8 years in a comparable role
• Project management experience in pipeline, gas or underground utility construction
• Experience with Southern California public utility clients preferred
• Estimating, scheduling and construction accounting software experience a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication, with real attention to detail
• Degree in business management, project management or construction engineering preferred

COMPENSATION

$100,000 - $130,000 base depending on experience, plus medical, dental and vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid vacation, holiday and sick time.
