AdventHealth seeks a project-focused professional to drive strategic improvement initiatives with Physician Enterprise leaders. You will plan, lead, and execute plans using defined metrics and deliverables, engaging cross-functional teams to standardize processes and improve efficiency.

The role requires healthcare and graphic design experience, strong PowerPoint and design software skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Field of study: in business, healthcare or related field.
• 2+ years of healthcare experience required.
• 2+ years of graphic design experience required.
• Project management experience or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Strong PowerPoint and design software skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; highly collaborative and proactive.

Job Description:

Partners with Physician Enterprise leaders to plan, lead, and execute strategic improvement initiatives that drive operational excellence and measurable outcomes. Leads independent initiatives by developing project plans, defining objectives, and establishing metrics to measure outcomes and success. Assists in identifying and evaluating improvements and makes recommendations to direct leader for identified opportunities. Conducts assessments of current processes to determine opportunities for standardization and greater efficiency. Conducts projects with a high level of team involvement and conducts structured, effective meetings to set priorities. Develops and implements business plans using AdventHealth design drivers. Tracks and follows up on deliverables. Interacts with all levels of the organization and across departmental lines. Promotes the philosophy, mission, and vision to team members, patients, and external contacts. Escalates issues to leadership as required. Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong power Point proficiency [Required]
• Demonstrated ability to use design software/graphic design skillset [Required]
• Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. [Required]
• Must have a high degree of collaboration skills [Required]
