Job summary

Biztec LLC is seeking a Master Technician to lead the most complex commercial physical security projects from start to finish. You will own installations, set technical standards for the crew, and serve as the go-to expert for access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and IP networking.

You will mentor technicians at all levels, enforce quality control across job sites, and partner with project managers to ensure installations are delivered to code and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading senior technicians on complex security installations.
• Proficient in access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection.
• Valid licenses across multiple security disciplines.
• Ability to mentor crew and enforce code compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, installation, and commissioning of large commercial projects.
• Set technical standards and review work for quality and safety.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet schedule and budget.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and mentorship.
