We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join a world-renowned Healthcare organization. Your marketing efforts will help people understand and maximize their healthcare and pharmacy benefits.

The role is focused on managing the full lifecycle of tier 3 and 4 marketing projects and working with cross-functional stakeholders to deploy digital and traditional projects. It will involve extensive cross-functional team interaction, so excellent personal communication skills in a matrixed environment are key. If you are a go-getter Project Coordinator who can drive projects to completion, this is the role for you!

Role Description

• Lead multiple digital and traditional marketing projects
• Serve as the key liaison between Marketing, Brand Design, Product Development, Social/PR, Operations, Sales, and other groups/departments
• Lead status update meetings and communications with project stakeholders, external partners, and business owners
• Develop and manage project schedules for the Marketing team to ensure projects are completed on time
• Monitor job progress by tracking job schedules; routing work for approvals; tracking changes; communicating changes and project status; expediting requirements; resolving problems
• Maintain costs and schedules of multiple projects

Required Skills/Experience

• BA or BS required, preferably in Marketing or Advertising
• 2+ years of marketing project coordination experience
• Experience and knowledge with traditional marketing materials and communication projects
• Experience using and a solid understanding of project management software
• Experience prioritizing multiple projects and tasks with changing requirements
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
• Experience in Adobe Workfront
