BUSINESS PROBLEM, CONTEXT & INITIATIVE DESCRIPTION

Our F500 Pharma Client is seeking a strong Project Manager to drive initiatives around training of its Nurse Ambassador group. The Nurse Ambassador group consists of field (home health), area (vendor employed/remote), and national (brick & mortar, vendor oversight) nurse ambassadors who are responsible for providing support to patients who are using our client’s medicines.

This critical Project Manager will drive coordination and operations for all of the training programs that support the Nurse Ambassadors. This includes new hire trainings (4x/year), upskilling trainings on product features/changes/upgrades/additions, as well as standard annual trainings. The right person will have strong Project Management experience as well as experience working with vendors. This role will oversee and manage training vendors that lead/facilitate the trainings, and work in conjunction with our client’s meeting planner who is responsible for all logistics/travel for the trainings.

The Project Manager will report into the Associate Director of Patient Services for the Nurse Ambassador group.

DUTIES/EXPECTATIONS:

  • Provide project management oversight to track dates and milestones
  • Provide project management support to coordinate and oversee specific work streams and initiatives
  • Develop executive summaries and PowerPoint decks
  • Lead project kick-off and planning meetings
  • Support data and reporting analysis
  • Facilitate strategic goal planning sessions
  • Support Associate Director with presentations/content creation

MUST HAVES – QUALIFICATION SUMMARY

  • 5+ years of Project/Program Management: Ability to carry out project management responsibilities such as weekly status meetings, risk mitigation, weekly status reports and financial updates. Effective communication skills. Hands on project leadership experience. Consensus building, meeting facilitation, deliverable follow up, etc.
  • TOOLS:
  • Monday.com Project Management tool experience Preferred
  • MS Office Suite (particularly Excel, PPT) Required
  • Superb Communication and Presentation: The Project Manager must communicate and present at a high level: proficiency in stakeholder buy-in, strong cross functional communication, building rapport across functions and levels of management.
  • Meticulous Attention to Detail and Organization Skills: Ability to ensure the right communications and information flow to the right audiences (nurse ambassadors, training facilitators/vendors)
  • Strong Healthcare/Patient Services or related Experience Preferred: Direct or ancillary Patient Services Experience.

NICE-TO-HAVES

  • Power BI experience
  • Previous Pharma/Life Sciences Experience

TRAVEL & LOCATION

LOCATION: REMOTE. Eastern or Central Time Zone preferred

TRAVEL: There may be 1-2 instances throughout the year where it would be beneficial for this individual to attend a large team meeting or training at our client’s facility in the Midwest if able. T&E to be covered by the client.

START & TERM

Immediate start. Initial contract term through Dec 31 2025, high likelihood for extension
