Turner & Townsend in Abilene, TX, is seeking a Project Manager / Owner's Representative to lead data center new construction projects onsite. You will manage schedule, budget, vendor compliance, and coordination with clients and contractors to deliver complex facilities on time and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, track record in leading construction programs, and ability to handle multi-project scopes for critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Work with the general contractor to build and establish the Master Project Schedule (P6 cost/resource loaded).
• Create and establish the Master Project Budget including soft/hard costs, bonds, insurance and contingencies.
• Support contractor pre-qualification, bid solicitation and analysis.
• Support contract negotiations with client and legal counsel, including GC terms.

The Owner Representative Project Manager will lead all aspects of Data Center construction projects! Must possess solid track record of leading vendor compliance to construction agreements, while also having the ability to handle the overall project budget and schedule for varying sized, sophisticated projects.

What you’ll do

• Work with the general contractor to build and establish the Master Project Schedule, based on the Critical Path and key achievements. (P6 cost/resource loaded schedule)
• Create, and establish the Master Project Budget, including soft costs and hard costs, bonds, insurance, contingencies, allowances, etc.
• Support Contractor pre-qualification, bid solicitation, bid analysis and recommendations
• Support contract negotiation, typically in concert with the Client’s and legal counsel, including establishment of all GC “business terms
