Turner & Townsend in Abilene, TX is seeking an Owner Representative Project Manager to lead all aspects of data center construction. You will oversee vendor compliance with construction agreements, and manage project budget and schedule for sophisticated projects.

The role requires onsite presence in Abilene, TX, offering the chance to drive project success through close collaboration with the general contractor, client, and legal counsel to meet milestones and budget targets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Master Project Schedule using P6 cost/resource loaded schedule.
• Develop Master Project Budget including soft costs, hard costs, bonds, insurance, contingencies, allowances, etc.
• Support contractor pre-qualification, bid solicitation, bid analysis and recommendations.
• Support contract negotiation, typically with Client’s and legal counsel, including establishment of GC business terms.

Job Description

The Owner Representative Project Manager will lead all aspects of Data Center construction projects! Must possess solid track record of leading vendor compliance to construction agreements, while also having the ability to handle the overall project budget and schedule for varying sized, sophisticated projects.

What you’ll do

• Work with the general contractor to build and establish the Master Project Schedule, based on the Critical Path and key achievements. (P6 cost/resource loaded schedule)
• Create, and establish the Master Project Budget, including soft costs and hard costs, bonds, insurance, contingencies, allowances, etc.
• Support Contractor pre-qualification, bid solicitation, bid analysis and recommendations
• Support contract negotiation, typically in concert with the Client’s and legal counsel, including establishment of all GC “business terms
