Turner & Townsend seeks a Project Manager / Owner's Representative for data center new construction in Abilene, TX. You will oversee all project aspects, including schedule, budget, vendor coordination, and contract negotiations, onsite with the general contractor.

The role requires leadership in complex data-center builds, ensuring compliance with construction agreements and delivering on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead Master Project Schedule development based on Critical Path and milestones (P6 cost/resource loaded).
• Create and manage Master Project Budget including soft/hard costs, bonds, insurance and contingencies.
• Support Contractor pre-qualification, bid solicitation, bid analysis and recommendations.
• Assist in contract negotiations with Client and legal counsel, including GC business terms.

The Owner Representative Project Manager will lead all aspects of Data Center construction projects! Must possess solid track record of leading vendor compliance to construction agreements, while also having the ability to handle the overall project budget and schedule for varying sized, sophisticated projects.

What you’ll do

• Work with the general contractor to build and establish the Master Project Schedule, based on the Critical Path and key achievements. (P6 cost/resource loaded schedule)
• Create, and establish the Master Project Budget, including soft costs and hard costs, bonds, insurance, contingencies, allowances, etc.
• Support Contractor pre-qualification, bid solicitation, bid analysis and recommendations
• Support contract negotiation, typically in concert with the Client’s and legal counsel, including establishment of all GC “business terms
