As a Project Manager/Outside Sales Representative, you’ll:

• Build relationships with homeowners, guiding them through the insurance claims process with care and professionalism.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters for storm damage and provide accurate estimates.
• Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Use a combination of door-to-door outreach and referrals to generate leads.
• Represent TEC’s commitment to excellence in every customer interaction.

What we’re looking for:

• A self-motivated and goal-oriented individual who thrives on building connections and solving problems.
• Willingness to learn—no prior experience is required. We’ll provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.
