Aire Serv in Humboldt, TN is seeking a Project Manager to serve homeowners with HVAC solutions, guiding decisions that improve comfort and energy efficiency. You will work with installation and service teams to ensure a smooth, satisfactory experience from start to finish.

Earn between $90,000 and $150,000 annually based on sales performance. This full-time position includes insurance after 30 days, 401(k) with company match, PTO after 90 days, a take-home vehicle and gas card, and additional

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Sales or HVAC knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Go on 2–3 calls per day, including some weekends/evenings.
• Lead generation through events, home shows, and outbound calls.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and coaching sessions.
• Complete paperwork: agreements, heat gain/loss calculations, installation notes, rebates forms.

Your goal is to provide expert guidance and help clients make informed decisions that maximize comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality.
