Job summary

Aire Serv in Louisville is hiring a Home Comfort Advisor to consult homeowners on HVAC solutions, helping them select heating, cooling and ventilation that maximize comfort, energy efficiency and indoor air quality.

This is a 100% commission-based role requiring a valid driver's license and strong communication, time management and presentation skills; expect two to three calls daily, with some weekends, plus networking and meetings.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Prior industry experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Go on two to three calls per day, including some weekends/evenings.
• Lead generation via networking events, home shows, community events, outbound calls.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and coaching sessions.
• Complete paperwork: agreements, finance docs, heat gain/loss, installation notes, rebates.
