Job summary

CORE Occupational Medicine seeks a Project Coordinator – RN or Paramedic to join a nationwide program. This full-time role supports multiple worksites and emergency response, ensuring safe environments and compliant medical care. Strong communication and leadership are valued, with travel and flexible scheduling required.

Qualifications include RN or EMT-P license, ER/ICU/urgent care experience preferred, Bachelor’s degree preferred, and proficient MS Office skills. EOE.

Qualifications

• RN license or Paramedic (EMT-P) license is required.
• ER/urgent care/ICU or 911 experience preferred.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Flexible schedule including days/nights/weekends.
• Travel locally and out of state, overnight.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple projects and medical teams across worksites nationwide.
• Support clients and site safety managers to maintain safe work environments.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and administer first aid.
• Assess injuries to prioritize medical procedures and care.
• Communicate with medical professionals and facilities for follow-up actions.
• Keep clients and site personnel informed about incidents and hazards.
• Demonstrate teamwork and adapt to changing worksite conditions.
• Maintain clinical standards and document findings clearly.

Position Responsibilities

• Managing multiple projects and teams of medical professionals across various worksites nationwide
• Assisting clients, site safety managers and personnel in maintaining the safest and most secure work environment possible
• Responding to emergencies efficiently and promptly
• Administering basic first aid and medical support to patients in accordance with federal, state, local, and company policy and regulations
• Assessing the nature and extent of injuries or illnesses to prioritize medical procedures
• Effectively communicating with medical professionals and treatment facilities to obtain instructions regarding further action
• Effectively communicating with client and site personnel regarding any worksite incidents, hazards, etc.
• Demonstrating a strong orientation toward teamwork and the ability to understand the importance of coordinated efforts
• Demonstrating a strong ability to be cognizant of the constantly changing worksite environment and construction site hazards
• Ensuring that quality, clinical standards are practiced at all times
• Documenting all findings and treatments clearly and concisely
• Conducting oneself in a helpful, dignified and professional manner regardless of stress level and personal circumstances

Position Qualifications

• RN: multi‑state compact license or Paramedic: EMT‑P national registry certification required
• Previous ER, urgent care, ICU, EMT/Paramedic, first‑response or emergency 911 experience preferred
• Previous supervisor/leadership experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• Flexible schedule: days, nights, weekend availability required
• Travel: both local and extended, overnight out of state required
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory motor‑vehicle report required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, web‑based applications and other technological systems highly preferred
• Current first aid / CPR / AED certification; additional certifications are a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and employees
