Job summary

FITS, LLC in Puerto Rico is seeking a Project Manager for New Product Introduction in the pharmaceutical or regulated industry. You will lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver NPIs, ensuring schedule, scope, cost, and quality targets are met.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of PM experience, with hands-on experience in SAP, Ariba Sourcing and Contracting, and Change Control Management.

• Liaison with Management, Department Heads, Leaders, sub or satellite team leaders and members to obtain their continued input and feedback on the benefits, needs, and issues associated with the project.
