Job summary

FITS, LLC is seeking a Product Development Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the development and lifecycle management of medical device products and processes. The role emphasizes achieving timelines, budgets, quality, and strategic business objectives across multiple projects.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration, possess five or more years in the Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical industry, and are bilingual in Spanish and English.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Business Administration and a minimum of five (5) years of exposure within the Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Bilingual: Spanish and English.
• Soft Skills: good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Shift: 1st Shift and according to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in the development and lifecycle management of products, processes, and therapies.
• Manage projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality, and business objectives are met.
• Oversee operational project activities and act as liaison between project teams, management, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement effective resolutions to support productivity and client satisfaction.
• Gather, plan, and manage project requirements to align with stakeholder and business needs.
• Prepare project schedules, status reports, and performance updates for leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure successful project outcomes and business solutions.
