Job summary

Aeon Industries in Austin, TX is seeking a results-oriented Project Manager to drive the transition from NPI to full production for complex guided-munition subassemblies and final assemblies. You will own integrated project plans, milestones, risk management, and cross-functional coordination across manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, and external partners.

This full-time, in-person role reports to the Vice President of Manufacturing and requires PMI certification or equivalent

Qualifications

PMI certification or equivalent experience.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction/facilities IT architecture or related field.
Experience in an NPI Stage-Gate environment.
Ability to build and maintain detailed schedules for complex multi-workstream projects.
Comfortable coordinating across diverse stakeholders and roles.
Strong organizational skills with accountability across external/internal parties.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple concurrent, high-impact initiatives (facility build-outs, ERP implementation, NPI program execution).
Own integrated project plans, milestones, risk management and cross-functional coordination.
Maintain master schedules for two facilities and report status to leadership.
Structure NPI process framework and define framework requirements with engineering, quality and operations.
Track deliverables against customer expectations and monitor costs against budget.
