Job summary

1HMX / AIS in Idaho is seeking a Project Manager with 3–5 years of manufacturing PM experience to lead customer programs from NPI through production, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, quality and supply chain.

You will manage schedules, budgets, ECOs, and customer communications, read drawings and BOMs, and drive phase-gate reviews while partnering with cross-functional teams across facilities in Coeur d'Alene and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in a manufacturing setting, electronics preferred.
• Hands-on engineering exposure and ability to read BOMs and drawings.
• Experience leading NPI from prototype to production release.
• Strong customer-facing skills for OEM programs and schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI programs from prototype through production release.
• Build integrated schedules covering design reviews, tooling, lead times, builds and milestones.
• Run phase-gate and DFMA reviews with engineering to catch cost, quality and yield risks early.
• Coordinate first article inspection (FAI), PPAP or equivalent customer packages with Quality.
• Manage ECOs and revision control so BOMs, drawings and routings stay current in ERP.
• Own scope, schedule, budget and risk for assigned customer programs.
• Track project financials and report status to leadership and customers via dashboards.
