The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in project coordination within operations or supply chain, with BS/MS in Engineering/CS/SC or PMI/PMP preferred. Requires on-site with periodic meetings and PST hours.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of project coordination and execution experience with focus on operations, supply chain or related environments.
• Experience supporting execution of supply chain deployments (2-3 years).
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones on time.
• BS or MS in Engineering/CS/Supply Chain or equivalent; PMI or PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects by creating detailed plans and directing cross-team technical activities.
• Present proposals, reports, and findings to clients and stakeholders to keep work transparent.
• Support execution of supply chain deployments by coordinating cross-functional efforts and ensuring milestones are completed on time.
• Provide operational and fulfillment support for data center supply chain activities, including escalation support as needed.

The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, proven problem-solving ability, and a detail-oriented mindset that helps teams stay aligned and deliver on time.

Pay Range

$43/hr to $45/hr on W2
