Job description

Placement Type:

Salary:

$58-63 Hourly

up to $63/hr

Start Date:

Sep 17, 2026

An analytical, detail-oriented operator who is comfortable working across teams without direct authority. Strong hands-on experience with Excel (advanced lookups, pivots, ad-hoc analysis), SQL and KQL is essential, because the contractor builds the analysis themselves.

Familiarity with execution ecosystem, including Partner Center, Cayman, MLC and MLC 2.0, is strongly preferred.. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for spotting errors, is thorough and process-driven, and brings an operationalize-and-improve mindset: someone who wants to make the process smarter and easier for the team, and who looks to automate manual work and improve process agility wherever possible.

Experience
  • 3-8 years in program management, business operations, launch operations, region or product operations, pricing operations, or a similar operational role.
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional processes with multiple stakeholders, dependencies and deadlines, owning execution from intake through delivery.
  • Proven ability to execute high-volume operational workflows while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • A self-driven problem solver who identifies risk, drives accountability, and does not need to be managed task by task.
Core skills
  • Strong program management and organizational skills.
  • Data-driven mindset, using Excel, reporting tools and dashboards to track progress and identify issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ideal backgrounds
  • Large-enterprise PM, PMO, operations, commerce or business operations experience.
  • Launch management, region introduction or service onboarding experience.
  • Consulting or project management backgrounds with a strong execution focus
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • PMI or PMP certification.
  • Experience with operational tooling systems used for complex execution processes, understanding system behaviors and potential points of failure.
  • Prior experience within a large-scale technology environment.
