Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Program or Project Management experience supporting complex technology programs.
  • Proven experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving engineering and business stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience creating and maintaining project plans, status reporting, and executive communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, launch timelines, and readiness checklists across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment on launch goals, deliverables, customer communications, and operational readiness.
  • Track and communicate program status, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans to leadership and partner teams.
  • Support release planning, launch execution, adoption initiatives, and lifecycle management activities.
  • Create executive-ready presentations, status reports, dashboards, and business updates.
  • Coordinate stakeholder reviews, decision-making forums, launch readiness meetings, and post-launch assessments.
  • Partner with engineering and business teams to identify process improvements that increase operational efficiency and execution quality.
  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives while ensuring deliverables meet quality, schedule, and business objectives.

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive product launch and lifecycle initiatives across critical productivity experiences. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in orchestrating cross-functional planning, execution, readiness, communications, and operational excellence for major product releases. You will be at the heart of coordinating product updates, supporting administrators in deploying and managing these updates, and ensuring seamless integration for end-users. Your work will directly influence how users interact with essential tools, driving efficiency and innovation across a vast user base, making a significant impact on global productivity.

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring (Required Qualifications)

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and operational insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
