Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage medium to complex projects across diverse functional areas within Information Technology, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and key artifacts, driving projects from initiation to successful completion.
  • Actively coordinate all project activities, assign tasks to team members, manage vendor relationships, and monitor progress to ensure timely and effective execution.
  • Anticipate, identify, and proactively address potential risks and issues, developing and implementing solutions with limited supervision.
  • Facilitate strong team collaboration, resolve conflicts, and foster an environment that encourages collective achievement of project goals.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders, understanding their interests, anticipating resistance, and building strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project information and documentation using standard tools and platforms.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive communication plans, adapting methods to effectively convey messages and provide regular project status reports.
  • Assess existing practices, identify areas for optimization, and lead initiatives to establish standardization that enhances project execution and promotes efficient collaboration.
  • Mentor junior project managers, sharing insights, explaining concepts, and providing guidance on methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Apply various project methodologies appropriately to different scenarios, demonstrating adaptability and expertise.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing diverse and complex projects within Information Technology.
