  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite, with a solid understanding of furniture specifications and technical coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage furniture projects independently up to 50,000 RSF and assist on larger projects.
  • Coordinate activities with project management teams, architects, clients, furniture dealers, and all involved parties.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including furniture Scopes of Work (SOW), procurement packages, project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Manage relocation communications and change management plans to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate successful furniture installation and ensure project compliance with client requirements and company policies.
