What's the Job?
- Lead and manage furniture projects independently up to 50,000 RSF and assist on larger projects.
- Coordinate activities with project management teams, architects, clients, furniture dealers, and all involved parties.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including furniture Scopes of Work (SOW), procurement packages, project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Manage relocation communications and change management plans to ensure smooth project execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate successful furniture installation and ensure project compliance with client requirements and company policies.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, interior design, or communications.
- 3-5 years of practical experience in a similar role within the corporate real estate or furniture dealership industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite, with a solid understanding of furniture specifications and technical coordination.
