Job Overview
This is a short‑term, contract position that could become a long term direct employee role with demonstrated results during the contract period.
NYC/Manhattan based. Primarily an "In Office" role, with some hybrid or job site as needed.
Base Pay Range
$90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
- Outline and execute a plan for successful project completion
- Utilize project management software and status tracking tools to develop a plan throughout the lifecycle of the project
- Maintain schedule by ensuring deliverables are met while information is efficiently updated and maintained
Effectively Communicate and Delegate
- Properly delegate appropriate tasks to resources such as Support PM/Project Coordination teams
- Urgently communicate and document all project changes to the greater project team
- Be ready and able to quickly communicate project status at a moment’s notice to the sales team and leadership
- Communicate any situations that may affect the sales relationship with the end user
- Send regular status emails for each project outlining the format of “What we’ve done, what we’re doing, what we’re going to do next.”
Project Organization
- Review and confirm the accuracy of all quotes, worksheets, drawings, specs, counts, invoices, and all other deliverables to the client
- Document all project updates from project calls, emails, live chats, and in-person meetings/site visits for record in a way that clearly demonstrates the evolution of decisions based on a timeline
- Oversee the maintenance of an orderly status report
- Maintain task management in Project Management software to accurately demonstrate the current position within a project’s lifecycle
Management of the Project, Independent of the Salesperson
- Run all project calls as the lead furniture representative (Design Team, Project Team, Trades, and Vendors)
- Own the maintenance of the project timeline, identification of deliverables, and prioritization of tasks
- Own project closeout, including Punch List completion, delivery of Validation Deck, and confirmation of final invoice
- Be the primary point of contact for all members of the project team, vendor partners, and salespersons throughout the project life cycle
