Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is recruiting for a Furniture Building Project Manager in Washington, DC. The role focuses on leading furniture projects, coordinating with architects, clients, and dealers, and maintaining complete project documentation to meet client requirements and policy standards.

The position requires a Bachelor's in a relevant field and 3–5 years of experience in corporate real estate or furniture dealerships, with strong leadership and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, interior design, or communications.
• 3-5 years of practical experience in a similar role within the corporate real estate or furniture dealership industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite, with a solid understanding of furniture specifications and technical coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage furniture projects independently up to 50,000 RSF and assist on larger projects.
• Coordinate activities with project management teams, architects, clients, furniture dealers, and all involved parties.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including furniture Scopes of Work (SOW), procurement packages, project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Manage relocation communications and change management plans to ensure smooth project execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate successful furniture installation and ensure project compliance with client requirements and company policies.
