Project Manager - National Control Center

Minimum qualifications:

• 3+ years of project management experience, including maintenance and fleet
• Telecom construction PM or CM experience preferred
• This is a fully remote position

Responsibilities

The Project Manager assumes a leadership role and provides guidance to project staff in the development and analysis of complex schedules on large and design-build projects. You will:

• Triage tickets and dispatch technicians.
• Assist during national disaster recovery.
• Optimize processes and improve efficiency based on data-driven decision making.
• Promote safety culture, ensure safety standards are met, and develop site safety procedures.
• Proficient in Smartsheet preferred.
• Create and maintain project schedules, updating stakeholders weekly.
• Collaborate on business partner selection, procurement, and negotiations.
• Manage change management processes.
• Lead internal and external project teams to ensure on-budget and on-schedule delivery.
• Communicate daily with customers and management.
• Build processes and teams to meet project requirements.
• Coordinate with Construction Managers on tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

About You:

• 3+ years of project management experience
• Strong Excel skills, including Vlookups and pivot tables, required
• Experience in ticket triage, vendor dispatch, or fleet management
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Construction project experience
• Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills
• Intermediate schedule management experience
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills
• Ability to read blueprints accurately
• Effective at reporting progress and issues to leadership
• Quiet, dedicated remote workspace with reliable internet
• Self-driven
• Willing to work some nights and weekends as needed
