Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Take initiative on all projects from conception to completion
  • Assist in potential business development meetings
  • Organize/assist in client meetings and develop long-term relationships
  • Coordinate with client, architects, and engineers, subcontractors
  • Prepare budgets and schedules
  • Proactively drive solutions
  • Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site
  • Travel is minimal (few days each month)
Profile / Qualifications
  • Bachelor''s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or construction related degree preferred
  • 5-10+ years of Construction Project Management experience
  • Experience in ground up and/or renovation multifamily projects is preferred
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team setting
  • Prior experience leading construction projects from start to finish
  • Estimating experience is a plus
