Project Manager Job Description:

The Project Manager will have a strong track record of completing Ground Up New Construction of Multifamily projects, ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget, and managing vendors, subcontractors, and field staff throughout the project.

• Responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on-time, within budget, and constructed with superior quality and safety.
• Reviews project proposals, drawings, and plans to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and resource allocation.
• Develops and maintains relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Completes materials “take-offs”, establishes cost estimates, and develops and tracks material procurement schedules.
• Coordinates activities with project staff to ensure progress within budget and provides technical advice to resolve problems.
• Organizes, plans, and manages multiple activities to achieve results.
• Acts with integrity, supporting the company and its values, while focusing on exceeding customer expectations.

Project Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Business (preferred)
• 5+ years' experience overseeing projects from start to finish
• Proven success on ground-up projects valued $20M+
• Proficient with relevant construction technology; Procore experience is a plus
