CyberCoders, Inc. seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager for Jacksonville, FL to lead multifamily and hospitality projects from preconstruction to closeout.

You will oversee GCs, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure quality and safety while maintaining strong owner communication. The role requires 5+ years in ground-up multifamily or hotel projects, strong scheduling tools proficiency, and a track record of delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in construction with demonstrated success delivering multifamily, hotel/motel, extended stay, or assisted living projects.
• Proven experience working with general contractors (GCs) and managing projects measured in units (multifamily/extended stay) and hospitality typologies.
• Strong command of project scheduling and estimating tools (MS Project, Primavera, Procore, Bluebeam or similar).

Responsabilités

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of construction projects including preconstruction, mobilization, execution, and closeout.
• Manage relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and design teams to ensure coordination and performance.
• Develop, maintain, and drive project schedules and budgets; monitor cost forecasting, change orders, and cash flow.
• Oversee quality control, safety programs, and site inspections to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and contract documents.
• Prepare and review RFPs, scopes of work, contracts, and subcontracts; administer contract negotiations and claims resolution.
• Coordinate permitting, inspections, and regulatory approvals with local authorities and stakeholders.
• Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to owners, stakeholders, and internal leadership through regular reports and meetings.
• Resolve on-site issues, RFIs, and change orders promptly to minimize schedule and cost impacts.
• Lead commissioning and closeout activities including punch lists, warranties, O&M manuals, and final project documentation.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior project staff and assist in staffing and resource planning.

Position Overview

• 5+ years of project management experience in construction with demonstrated success delivering multifamily, hotel/motel, extended stay, or assisted living projects.
• Proven experience working with general contractors (GCs) and managing projects measured in units (multifamily/extended stay) and hospitality typologies.
• Strong command of project scheduling and estimating tools (MS Project, Primavera, Procore, Bluebeam or similar).
• Experience preparing and managing budgets, cost forecasts, change orders, and contract administration.
• Working knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, safety regulations, and construction best practices (OSHA standards).
