Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking a Project Manager for multifamily construction in Florida. You will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with owners, consultants, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience in multifamily projects, strong leadership and communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills.
• Experience overseeing multifamily construction from preconstruction to closeout.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with owners, consultants, and project teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multifamily construction projects from start to finish
