Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a track record in mixed-use construction to lead our projects in the North Bay and East Bay region of the California Bay Area. You will oversee from planning to completion, coordinating with architects and engineers to meet objectives on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in construction PM, strong leadership, and proficiency with project management software. PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry, specifically in Mixed-Use Construction.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Superior problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality control.

  • Prepare and present reports on project progress and status to stakeholders and senior management.
