The Assistant Project Manager will work with the Project Manager to support profitable, quality execution of our commercial projects at Mt Pleasant, WI site. This role requires blending design & engineering, estimating, project management, and entrepreneurial business skills.

Qualifications

• College degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of HVAC construction experience including estimating, project management and business development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist PM and Field Supervision to ensure installation occurs correctly; minimize re-work.
• Develop understanding of Mechanical Systems and apply knowledge to assist field supervision and troubleshoot.
• Work with engineering for Design-Build project development and manage documentation to prevent errors.
• Utilize project docs to manage Submittals, RFIs, drawings, plans, and current project status.
