Job summary

Millennium Control Systems is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from inception to closure. The role focuses on planning, organizing project communication, reporting, scheduling, and budget management to ensure on-time and on-budget execution.

Key responsibilities include defining scope, maintaining schedules with milestones, and delivering weekly status reports. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in project management and excellent written and oral communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 10+ years experience preferred in project management.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office (Excel, PPT, Outlook, Word, OneNote) and SharePoint.
• Proven track record of leading projects from inception to completion.
• Detail-oriented, organized, highly driven, and a self-starter.
• Ability to organize and prioritize a complex and evolving workload.
• Professional oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and deliverables and document them.
• Create and maintain project schedules with milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure budgets are set up for categories and departments.
• Monitor project finances and budgets.
• Facilitate delivery of project scope with internal teams.
• Complete weekly project reports highlighting strategy, status, risks, and mitigation.
• Serve as client-facing representative for each assigned project.
