Description
- Manage multifamily renovation projects including lobbies, amenity spaces, pool decks, and exterior improvements
- Oversee projects from design development through construction and closeout
- Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, ownership, and local government agencies
- Lead project meetings, review plans, monitor schedules, and track budgets and project performance
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, schedule, and financial objectives
Profile
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a contractor or owner/developer
- Multifamily renovation experience involving amenity, lobby, and exterior scopes
- Experience with ground-up commercial or multifamily construction projects
- Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Bluebeam, and related construction software
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or similar field; Spanish proficiency preferred
Job Offer
- $130,000-$155,000 base salary + bonus
