Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a growing South Florida real estate developer to hire a seasoned Project Manager for multifamily renovation and ground-up projects. You will report to the VP of Construction, enjoy significant autonomy, and have clear visibility with ownership.

You will oversee design development through construction, coordinate architects, consultants, contractors and local government, lead meetings, monitor schedules, and track budgets and performance across multiple projects.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a contractor or owner/developer
  • Multifamily renovation experience involving amenity, lobby, and exterior scopes
  • Experience with ground-up commercial or multifamily construction projects
  • Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Bluebeam, and related construction software
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or similar field; Spanish proficiency preferred

  • Manage multifamily renovation projects including lobbies, amenity spaces, pool decks, and exterior improvements
  • Oversee projects from design development through construction and closeout

Job Offer
  • $130,000-$155,000 base salary + bonus
