Michael Page is seeking a Project Manager for a growing mechanical contractor in the DMV area, overseeing large-scale HVAC, plumbing, and MEP projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will manage multiple projects valued at $20M+, coordinate with owners, subs, engineers, and field teams, review drawings, and keep budgets, schedules, and quality on track. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

This established mechanical contractor has built a strong reputation throughout the DMV for delivering complex HVAC, plumbing, and MEP projects across hospitality, multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use markets. The Project Manager will join at an exciting time as the company scales operations, pursues larger opportunities, and continues strengthening relationships with some of the region's most respected general contractors. Description

• Manage multiple mechanical construction projects simultaneously from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee projects valued at $20M+ while maintaining budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with owners, subcontractors, engineers, field teams, and general contractors.
• Review mechanical drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders.
• Support both plan-and-spec and design-build project delivery methods.
• Ensure successful execution of HVAC, sheet metal, VRF, plumbing, and other MEP systems.
• The Project Manager will collaborate closely with field leadership to deliver projects safely and efficiently.
• The Project Manager will serve as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• The Project Manager will help maintain and strengthen relationships with repeat clients and project partners.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience with a General Contractor (GC) or MEP contractor.
• Proven experience managing construction projects valued at $20M or greater.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and MEP systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC construction, ductwork, and sheet metal systems.
• Ability to interpret mechanical equipment drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple large-scale projects concurrently.
• Results-driven professional with a collaborative leadership style.
