Michael Page is representing a top-rated GC in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, seeking a seasoned construction leader for data center and healthcare projects. You will oversee ground-up initiatives, manage budgets and schedules, and direct teams toward on-time, within-budget delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has deep healthcare/data center experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication skills to build trust with clients and teams across Texas.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a focus on data center facilities.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale ground-up projects.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare construction standards and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of ground-up data center construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and healthcare stakeholders to maintain compliance with medical standards and regulations.

Job Description
