Summary:

Seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Project Manager with 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Mechanical Contractor environment. Military experience is encouraged.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of mechanical construction projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
• Manage project operations, including labor, scope, schedule, client relations, costs, and safety compliance.
• Prepare financial forecasts and reports.
• Enforce safety protocols and coordinate with safety personnel.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and services.
• Ensure proper documentation and communication.
• Supervise project team members.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of project management experience in mechanical or plumbing construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management, and estimating software.
• Willingness to travel within the Tempe/Phoenix area.
