Job summary

Triad Mechanical Contractors is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing projects from conception to completion. You will ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget while upholding quality standards.

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating resources, managing client expectations, conducting site visits, and preparing submittals and reports. Strong communication and leadership, plus 5+ years of industry PM experience, are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the Mechanical, HVAC, or Plumbing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects of varying sizes.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (such as MS Project, Procore, or similar).
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
