Job summary

George W. Pynn Masonry Inc. seeks a full-time Project Manager with masonry and estimating experience to lead commercial projects from planning through execution.

You will produce SOVs, manage monthly requisitions, and review projects with foremen to ensure on-time delivery. Responsibilities include quantity takeoffs, material ordering, and coordinating with the field superintendent on manpower solutions. Some estimating may be required; familiarity with Tradesmen software is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Producing SOV's
• Monthly Requisitions
• Project reviews with foreman
• Assist foreman for duration of the project

• Project production monitoring
• Work with field superintendent on manpower problems/solutions
• Some estimating will be required from time to time depending on workload (Tradesmen software experience a plus!)
