Job summary

Russell Tobin is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a global Markets & Securities Services Operations team. You will drive strategic and regulatory change initiatives, managing complex programs from planning through go-live, partnering with Operations, Technology, Front Office, and senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has hands-on project management experience in financial services, strong communication, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects or programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in financial services, banking, or markets operations.
• Understanding of Global Markets products (Debt, Equity, FX, Money Markets).
• Knowledge of front-to-back trade lifecycle: confirmations, collateral, reconciliations, post-trade ops.
• Experience RAID logs, governance, milestones, and reporting.
• Ability to lead teams through tight deadlines and complex go-live requirements.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working across business, operations and technology teams.

Project Manager – Markets & Securities Services Operations

12-Month Contract | Expected to Extend Up to 2 Years

Russell Tobin & Associates is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a global Markets & Securities Services Operations team supporting strategic and regulatory change initiatives. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys managing complex projects, working with senior stakeholders, and driving initiatives from planning through successful implementation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead projects from inception through implementation and go-live


• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests


• Partner with Operations, Technology, Front Office, and global stakeholders

What We’re Looking For
