Russell Tobin is hiring a Principal Review Desk Specialist to support a leading financial services organization in Miami. The role is hybrid with 2 days in the office and focuses on retail brokerage account openings, principal review, and regulatory workflows.

The candidate should have 2+ years of financial services experience, relevant licenses (Series 24/9/10, SIE, 7, 63), and strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of financial services experience.
• Active Series 24 OR Series 9/10 license – REQUIRED
• SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 – REQUIRED
• Strong understanding of brokerage operations and regulatory requirements
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Series 65 or Series 66 is a plus, but not required.

Russell Tobin is hiring for a Principal Review Desk Specialist to support a leading financial services organization.

Buffalo, NY or Miami, FL

Hybrid – 2 days/week in office

We’re looking for an experienced financial services professional with strong operational, administrative, and compliance skills. This role supports retail brokerage account openings, principal review activities, documentation, and regulatory workflows while working closely with internal stakeholders.
