The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Project Manager to help oversee the successful execution of high-value client engagements. This individual will serve as the operational backbone of the initiative, owning timelines, deliverables, and interdepartmental coordination across marketing, creative, events, and strategic functions. The ideal candidate thrives in high-stakes environments, is comfortable managing multiple moving parts, can bring order to ambiguity, and has experience working on multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires someone who is both a generalist and a detail-oriented executor, and who is comfortable creating a plan but is even more energized by ensuring it gets done.
