Job summary

Hollman, Inc. is seeking a proactive Project Manager to oversee locker manufacturing and installation projects from intake to completion. You will coordinate clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, within budget, and to quality standards.

The role emphasizes strong communication, stakeholder updates, and effective hand-offs across sales, engineering, production, and installation. Travel may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
• 3+ years in project management, ideally within manufacturing, construction, or millwork.
• Ability to travel (25%).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project timelines, ensuring alignment with customer deadlines and internal production capacity.
• Define project scope, deliverables, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Serve as the main liaison between clients, general contractors, installers, and internal departments.
• Provide clear, consistent updates to stakeholders on project progress, changes, and key decisions.
• Facilitate hand-offs between sales, engineering, production, and installation teams.
• Track project performance against schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, and installation teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Implement project tracking tools for visibility and accountability.
