Job summary

ENGEL Machinery North America is hiring a Project Manager - CSD to oversee projects in the Customer Service Division, coordinating with internal departments, customers, vendors, and field personnel to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Preferred PMP certification; experience in engineering, construction management, manufacturing.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant field experience may be considered.
• Minimum 1–3 years of project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee projects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables with leadership.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, action items, and status updates.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates, risks, delays, and changes to leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate communication between internal departments, customers, vendors, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including agendas and minutes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
