Job summary

ENGEL Machinery North America is seeking a Field Project Manager to lead end-to-end customer projects in the plastics processing arena. You will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination across internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery.

The role requires significant on-site presence with substantial travel, strong communication with customers, and proactive risk management in dynamic field environments.

Qualifications

• PM certification preferred (PMP or equivalent).
• 3–5 years PM experience in industrial/manufacturing/construction environments preferred.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of assigned projects from planning to closeout.
• Serve as primary on-site & remote representative for customers.
• Travel to customer facilities to oversee field operations and installations.
• Coordinate activities between customers, subcontractors, vendors, field technicians and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
• Monitor scope, timelines, and resource utilization; manage risk and deliverables.
