Job summary

ENGEL Machinery North America is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee Customer Service Division projects, ensuring they align with schedules, scope, and budgets. You will coordinate internal and external teams to drive on-time delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years of PM experience, strong organization, and communication skills, plus proficiency with Microsoft Project and Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of project coordination or project management experience.
• Experience managing projects in manufacturing, industrial services, or related environments preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant field experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee projects from initiation through closeout.
• Develop scope, timelines, deliverables, and budgets with leadership.
• Maintain schedules, milestones, and action items; provide status updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, customers, vendors, and field personnel.
• Prepare meetings, agendas, minutes, and progress reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation.
